Hi, I’m Debbie Dickey.Â
I support women throughout their motherhood journey discover how to align their mind-body and emotions, so that they can trust the choices they make and feel confident.
I trust you have found this page for a reason and It is an absolute honor to have you here. I am a previous Social Worker turned Introspective Breathworkâ„¢ Therapist, Massage Therapist and Quantum Energy Practitioner. I am co-founder of One Breath Institute, a healing and training school and founder of Love Today Therapy.Â
I am passionate about healing generational trauma, helping women tranform doubt to trust and teaching them tools to build healthy foundations for their family. It is my hope to make self-regulation tools easily accessible, create a safe space for women to be their authentic selves and receive the support they need.
I am a 4/6 Emotional Manifesting Generator, a mother, wife and lover of FEELING ALIVE. I enjoy growing my own food, living slowly and allowing creativity and authenticity to guide me.
If you struggle with….
Self-Worth: Believing that your worthiness is constantly questioned by the phrase “are you good enough?” and feeling inadequate if you can’t answer positively.
Inadequacy: Feeling like you’re always falling short, as if the question “are you capable?” is a perpetual challenge you can’t seem to meet.
Fear of Failure: The question “are you going to mess this up again?” haunts your every move, making you believe that any mistake highlights your flaws and incompetence.
Negative Self-Talk: Your inner voice repeatedly asks, “are you really as useless as you think?” and fills your mind with self-criticism and negative thoughts.
Comparisons: Every achievement of others prompts the question “are you ever going to measure up?” as you continuously find yourself lacking in comparison.
Perfectionism: The belief that you must answer “yes” when asked “are you perfect?” fuels your fear of failure and intensifies self-imposed pressure.
Lack of Control: The belief that circumstances always conspire against you leads you to wonder “are you ever in control of your life?” and feeds your doubt.
Fear of Rejection: You hesitate to express your true self, fearing the answer to “are you acceptable as you are?” will be a resounding “no.”
Emotional Suppression: Fearing judgment, you stifle your emotions, never truly answering “are you allowed to feel this way?” and denying yourself expression.
Self-Sabotage: Unconsciously undermining your own efforts, you wonder “are you worthy of success?” and inadvertently hinder your own progress.
External Validation: You constantly seek external validation, needing others to answer “yes, you’re good” to the question “are you worth anything?”
Pessimism: Your outlook is dominated by the question “are you prepared for the worst?” as you doubt your ability to handle challenges and anticipate failure.
….Then it is time to get support.
My Introspective breathwork sessions with Debbie have been a turning point in my fertility journey. Her compassionate approach helped me finally feel seen and that I matter. I was able to release stress and anxiety, which has allowed me to approach conception with a clear mind and open heart. She is truly an amazing coach, supporter and cheerleader. I learned a lot about my cycle with her workbook and I feel more connected to my body and more hopeful about the future.Â

During my pregnancy journey, emotions were running high, and that’s when I just decided to get help and began sessions with Debbie. Her sessions provided me a space to connect with my changing body and address fears. She still supports me throughout my postpartum journey and im really grateful for the small and close community with her other clients and my now friends. Meeting Debbie was meant to be and hiring her was the best decision I made for my mental health. Â I have found peace and am creating a strong emotional foundation for myself and my child.
I was on birth control for 17 years, was diagnosed with PCOS and having troubles TTC. When I got off birth control, I was struggling really bad with irregular, heavy and painful periods. My thoughts were so bd and my emotions were all over the place. I was so tired all the time. Debbie helped me learn how to connect and heal my womb. I was able to address emotional blocks that were affecting my cycles. The anger and grief I carried since early childhood have become the focal point of my healing journey- which I had no idea of before. I highly recommend coaching sessions with Debbie to everyone who feels like they’re doomed.Â
Grief had taken a toll on my mental and emotional health until I discovered the healing power of breathwork with Debbie. In our first session I felt so safe to navigate my grief, releasing it with each breath. I am now able to honor my pain while finding strength and healing from within.Â

Limiting beliefs, energetic blocks and intrusive thoughts root in generational trauma. Generational trauma refers to the transmission of emotional, psychological, and even physical wounds from one generation to the next.
Did you know that trauma can be passed down genetically through 7 generations? Did you know that the first 2 years of our life determines how we relate to the ourselves and the world?
Discovering truth is about learning how to become the observer of your thoughts, feelings and to get clear with what you really need.
Learning how to feel big feelings = building a relationship with your body.
By allowing yourself to fully experience and express emotions in healthy ways, you release pent-up energy, prevent emotional avoidance, understand yourself better, develop emotional regulation skills, improve communication in relationships, build resilience, avoid escalation of emotions, promote healing from past traumas, reduce stress and anxiety.
It’s about embracing the full range of your emotions while navigating them in a healthy and self-aware manner.
When your mind-body and emotions are in alignment, taking the next step or making the ‘correct’ decision comes easily.
Uniting the mind, body, and emotions aids authentic decision-making, boosting confidence and a sense of empowerment.
